The Food Program Services Coordinator facilitates all operations of the food program. Plans and implements weekly menus and prepares meals and/or snacks for Club members. This position is also responsible for keeping proper documentation regarding meal preparation, control of food supply inventories, and keeping kitchen facilities clean and organized. Administers and follows all USDA guidelines and requirements.-Minimum of one-year job-related experience in food preparation in a cafeteria setting or related field. -Must be 18 years of age or older. -Knowledge of food preparation safety standards, health codes, sanitation principles, and nutrition requirements. -Ability to work with limited supervision. -The ability and desire to work with youth ages 6 weeks to 18. -Must be able to multi-task and have excellent time management skills. -Must be willing to travel between locations when requested. (Only occasional travel may be required.) Licenses/Certification Food Safety Certification required. Valid Driver’s License
