At Little Blessings our classroom teachers work in teaching teams where each classroom has at least two teachers per team. All teams work cohesively to coordinate the curriculum, and manage the day-to-day classroom activities. Teachers must understand children’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. Our teacher’s must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively communicate as a teaching team, and resolve parental concerns if they arise.
