Develop and implement classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards. Lead by example, encourage kindness and friendship by modeling appropriate behavior. Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth. Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences. Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met. Maintain a healthy classroom environment. Supervise child care assistants to ensure they are following planned activities, hygiene and safety standards. Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement. Must align with NH Child Care Program Licensing Rules and Regulations. Excellent communication skills and willingness to work with a team.Minimum of 18 ECE credits and at least two years classroom experience or associates degree in early childhood. CPR and First Aid All NH state regulations    Come join our team of dedicated individuals in a fast paced family oriented center in southern NHMinimum of 9 credits in early childhood CPR and First Aid 2+ years experience in a preschool or toddler classroom.
