Educator of Tiny Humans

• Must have the ability to work in a team environment yet can manage your own classroom independently.
• Be willing to utilize outdoor space as a classroom.
• The ability to sing in tune is not necessary, however the ability to sing out of tune, in front of a crowd of tiny humans is essential.
• Be comfortable with exercising good judgement and decision-making skills, as well as always maintaining a safe environment.
• Having great communication skills with children, parents, and co-workers is important.
• Finally, you must have the ability to read a story book upside down with at least five interruptions per page.

 CPR/First Aid Certified (or able to be within 90 days of hire) and able to pass a background check/fingerprinting.

Up to a $1000 sign-on bonus.

Previous experience caring for and teaching children is preferred. Must have the ability to work in a team environment, yet can manage your own classroom independently. Be willing to utilize outdoor space as a classroom. Be comfortable with exercising good judgement and decision making skills, as well as maintaining a safe environment at all times. Having great communication skills with children, parents, and co-workers is important.

Hourly pay is based on experience.
