An Associates degree is preferred and must have minimum of 9 ECE credits. The Infant Teacher is responsible for direct supervision and care of children and collaboration with Infant team members. The Infant teacher should understand infant development and create a nurturing, safe and clean environment for children. The Teacher should work with the infant families to give best care and meet the family’s needs. The teacher should offer age appropriate learning activities and communicate effectively with families. Candidate should attend professional development opportunities and staff meetings. Although not required, attending strengthen families or other volunteer activities are greatly encourage.
