Assist director/lead teacher in aspects of school functions.
Maintain a physically safe environment; monitor environment for hazards and assist supervision of children in the classrooms, transitioning, and playground.
Model appropriate interactions with children; use positive behavior management techniques.
Assist lead teacher in prep, implementation, and clean up of classroom activities.At least 18 years of age.
Complete background and criminal record check.
Complete required trainings specified by NH Child Care Licensing rules and regulations
The Learning Cooperative (TLC) at Salem Family Resources in Salem NH seeks a responsible adult to assist in the care and early learning experiences of young children (ages 2-5). As an Assistant Teacher you should enjoy working with small kiddos, under the supervision of the Teachers and Lead Teachers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, energy, creativity, and the ability to work effectively as a team member to help small children thrive.
