Lead or Assoicate qualified Preschool teacher

The right candidate would be responsible for developing as a professional with a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. The Teacher must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns.Lead or Assoicate Teacher qualified depending on college credits in ECE and work experience

All Aboard Preschool and Childcare Center is a natured based center who is looking for Associate or Lead qualified Teacher for our Preschool (ages 3-4) nature-based classroom. The right candidate would be responsible for developing as a professional with a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. The Teacher must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns. This position is full time, working 30-40hours, 4 days a week and pay is $16-$20 an hour depending on college credits in ECE and work experience.
